Jillie is celebrating one year of living in her forever home with cat dad, Ryan! This gorgeous 7-year-old kitty came to the HSVC as an owner surrender in mid-March of 2021. According to Ryan, he fell in love with Jillie because of her friendly personality during their initial meet and greet. However, he believes that the sweet senior cat chose him when they first met. We couldn't agree more, Ryan!

The 4-year-old Dachshund/Cocker Spaniel mix has become the official spokesmodel for Roisin's business as a traveling sales representative. We are so excited to officially announce that Jade, now Paloma, has found her forever home with Greg! Paloma's journey with the HSVC began in September of 2021 after she and her sister, Jessie, were surrendered in the field to our Humane Officers. She was just 4-months-old at the time. After being briefly adopted out and returned through no fault of her own, Paloma was back at the shelter in search of her true forever home.

One year later and senior dog Sassy is thriving in her forever home! Ten-year-old Sassy was surrendered to the HSVC in early February of 2021 after her previous owner could no longer care for her. It didn't take long for the sweet Jack Russell Terrier mix to catch the eye of her new family and she was quickly adopted by Erin, Layla, and Jason. According to Layla, it's been nonstop love ever since!

Seven-year-old Sienna, now Kona, is loving life in her furever home! She was previously adopted from the HSVC as a puppy and returned after her former owners could no longer care for her. We were thrilled to see the senior German Shepherd pup get her second chance at happily ever after when she was adopted by Zachary just before Christmas. The pair of pals have been happily enjoying each other's company ever since!
