A Heartfelt Visit from Girl Scout Troop 65044

We had the pleasure of welcoming Girl Scout Troop 65044 for a heartwarming visit to the Humane Society of Ventura County. The troop arrived with an incredible assortment of donations, including blankets, towels, dog food, dog toys, cat food, kitty litter, and dog treats. These essential supplies allow us to care for the numerous dogs and cats that rely on HSVC every day. During their visit, the Girl Scouts enjoyed a behind-the-scenes tour of the shelter and had the opportunity to meet the animals they were helping. From curious cats to happy-go-lucky pups, our furry residents were more than excited to receive the extra love and attention!

Watching the girls of Troop 65044 interact with the animals was a wonderful reminder of how compassion and service can have a meaningful impact, regardless of age. The impact of their kindness was deeply felt throughout our shelter, and their generosity made an immediate impact. Thank you, Girl Scout Troop 65044, for your thoughtful donations and for supporting the animals of HSVC. Your kindness continues to make a difference, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon!
