Giving Tuesday is always a special day at the Humane Society of Ventura County, but this year, it was unforgettable! Thanks to the generosity of our donors, our shelter was gifted over $19,000 to benefit the animals who need love most. This overwhelming amount of kindness and compassion helps bring the pets at our shelter one step closer to finding the loving homes they deserve.

From the moment our campaign kicked off, we felt the incredible support from our animal-loving community. As a private nonprofit, HSVC does not receive any funding from the county or state. Each gift—no matter the size—directly fuels our lifesaving work. From warm beds and vital medical care to nutritious meals and humane investigations, we couldn't do what we do without you!
