Customer Care Representative

Conner joined the team on May 22, 2025, as a Customer Care Representative, bringing a friendly face and a helping hand to everyone who walks through the front office doors. With a lifelong love for animals and a strong connection to the community, Conner is excited to be part of a team dedicated to compassion, service, and animal welfare. No stranger to HSVC, Conner first became involved with the organization as a volunteer during high school, a formative experience that helped solidify his commitment to helping both animals and the people who care for them.

Having grown up around a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, horses, and guinea pigs, Conner is comfortable working with many species and understands the important role each one plays in our lives. At home, Conner shares his heart (and his space) with Dante, a spirited five-pound Chihuahua with a big personality. Outside of work, Conner enjoys spending time with Dante, exploring new foods, especially anything with tofu, his favorite, and staying connected to the community that has shaped his passion for animal care.

Whether he’s assisting adopters, answering questions, or guiding visitors through the shelter’s services, Conner brings patience, positivity, and a genuine love for animals to every interaction. Conner is proud to continue his journey at HSVC and looks forward to making a positive impact on every person and animal that comes through the shelter’s doors.
